Specification

Double walled chamber, inner made up of stainless steel sheets. Outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets. Duly finished in powder coating inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool.

Dimension: 605 X 605 X 910 mm  -  W X D X H (Inner - Approximate )

Specification:

Double walled, Inner chamber made of SS, Outer chamber made of MS, Three side heating, temperature thermostat, Ambient to 250-300^oC, Air ventilation on the sides, Work on 220/230 volts A.C., Air Circulation fan.

Double walled unit supported by iron frames with inner chamber made of G.I / PCRC and outer chamber made of PCRC. Double walled door provided with quality handle and gasket. 

Temperature ranges from ambient to 250 ^oC with an accuracy of ± 3 ^oC. Temperature controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller with sensor. Heating by ISI marked elements made of nichrome. Thermal loss prevented by 75 mm thick glass wool filled in between inner and outer chamber.

Motor operated blower system driven by V belt circulates and maintains the temperature uniformly. Exhaust shaft is fitted on the top of the unit. Designed to occupy many trays inside and number depends on customer requirement.

SECTION 1.INVITION FOR TENDERS (IFT)

1.The Karnataka Milk Federation, invites sealed tenders from reputed producers, Solvent Extraction Plants, Traders & Co operative Societies for the supply of one or more of  the following Raw Materials for Cattle  Feed  Plants at Rajanukunte  (Includes  M/s.Pranav Agro Industries Ltd, Mysore road & M/s.Baramati Agro Ltd, Kuppam, Chittur Dits.),  Gubbi, Dharwad & Hassan. Tenderers may quote  the rate  for  one  or  more number of plants.& may submit tenders for any or all of the RAW Materials given below.

1) Maize [9,500 MT], 2) Rice Polish [2,925 MT], 3) Cotton Seed DOC [10,650 MT],

4) Coconut DOC [3,500 MT], 5) Rape Seed DOC [3,750 MT], 6) Soya DOC [1,875 MT],

7) Groundnut DOC [1,875 MT],  8) Cotton Seed Cake [3,600 MT], 9) Common Salt [650 MT],& 10) Calcite Powder [775 MT].

2.Tender documents may be downloded from eProcurement website http://eproc.karnatka.gov.in/. Interested tenders may obtain further information at the same address. The KMF will not be held responsible for the website problems like. last date submission or non-receipt of the same if any.

3.Tenders must be accompanied by security of the amount specified in the tender documents, drawn in favour of eProcurement Government of Karnataka  Earnest money deposite. will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the tender document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender.
