Palak And Methi Paneer Parata

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour 2 cups, Besan - ½ cup, Maida - 1 cup, Paneer grated - 1 cup, Palak paste - 1 cup, Coriander leaves - ½ cup, Onion finely chopped - 2 Nos., Ajwain (Oma) - 1 tsp, Lemon juice - 1 tsp, Baking powder - ½ tsp, Ghee - 2 tbs, Methi paste - ½ cup, Green chilli chopped 5 to 6, Salt to taste.

METHOD: Mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough. Leave it for ½ hour. Role out like parathas and fry in the tawa.

Paneer Kurma - Zafar Shahi : (Serves - 4 persons)

INGREDIENTS: Paneer - 200 gms cut into medium pieces fried in oil. Add ¼ cup curds mix and keep aside. Onions - 2 chopped, Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp, Tomatoes - 2 chopped, Dhania powder - 1 tsp, Chilli powder - 2 tsp, Cumin powder - 2 tsp, Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp, Slit green chillies - 6 Nos., Cashew paste - ¼ cup (50 gm), mixed in 50 ml cream, Salt to Taste, Oil - 3 tbsp, Kasuri methi - 2 tsp.

Paneer Butter Masala

INGREDIENTS: Nandini Paneer - 200 gms, curds - ½ cup, Butter - 2 tbsp, Fresh cream 100 gms, ⅛ tandoori colour, Salt - 1 tsp, Garam masala powder - 1 tsp, Chilli powder 1 to 2 tsp, Dhania powder - 1 tsp, Jeera powder - ½ tsp, Turmeric - ¼ tsp, oil 2 tsp + Ghee 2 tbsp, Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp or coriander leaves, Green chillies - 4 , Onion paste - ¼ cup, Cashew paste ¼ cup, tomato puree - ½ cup, Ginger paste - 1 tsp, Garlic paste - 1 tsp oil to fry.

Paneer Palya (Low Calorie Dish)

INGREDIENTS: Paneer - 200 gms crumbled, raw onion paste - ½ cup, tomato pureer - ½ cup, Jeera powder - 1 tsp, Green chillies - 4 chopped, Chilli powder - 1 tsp, Oil - 2 tbsp (Sunflower oil or Karadi oil), Capsicum - 1 finely chopped, Fresh coriander - a little, Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp.

METHOD: Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste, Ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, fry for a while. Add capsicum, paneer, salt and mix well. Sprinkle water cook for 5 to 10 mnts in slow flame. Lastly add fresh coriander and serve hot.
