INGREDIENTS: Paneer - 1 cup, Onion paste - 1 cup, Tomato puree - 1 cup, Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp, Chilli powder 1½ tbsp, Dhania Powder 1 ½ tbsp, Haldi ½ tsp, Cornflour - 2 tbsp, Garam masala powder - 1 ½ tsp, Jeera - 1 tsp, Pepper powder ½ tsp, Oil + Ghee - 3+1 tbsp, Coriander leaves for garnishing, Salt to taste.

METHOD: Shallow fry the paneer and sprinkle little salt and pepper powder. Heat oil and ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add jeera, ginger garlic paste and fry till it becomes brown. Add dry masala powders and tomato puree and paneer. Cook till oil ozees out from the sides of th pan. Finally make a paste of corn flour in water and add to the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with nan or rotis.
